Digital Product
Motor Track Vehicle provides digital vehicle history reports generated using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) entered by the user.
Due to the nature of digital products, reports are typically delivered instantly after purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- The report cannot be generated due to a technical error.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same transaction.
- The purchased report was not delivered due to a system error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The VIN number entered by the user was incorrect.
- The report was successfully generated and delivered.
- The user changes their mind after purchase.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refund requests may be processed through Paddle in accordance with their payment policies.
